Workshop Cancellation Policy ~ Life happens! If you signed up for a workshop but have had a change of plans, please allow us a week’s notice so we may open your spot to the waitlist. When you sign up for a class you are taking that opportunity from someone else.

If you are not well, email us ASAP to let us know. Please, stay home and take care of yourself. If you are sick and can’t make it to class you can either come to an open studio time to create the project you signed up for or you can move to a new class that has availability. Moving a class is a one-time option and only applies if you are sick.

NO SHOW POLICY ~ Please understand a reservation guarantees your seat in class. If you don’t show up, we are unable to fill your space at the last minute resulting in a lost experience for others. There are no refunds for classes that have not been canceled at least seven days before the time of your class.
