After School Fun!
Come explore the colorful & creative world of Mosaics. Wednesday 3:00-5:00
Open Studio is a time for kids, 1st grade and beyond to work on anything their heart desires. Crystal will be offering hands-on instruction and assistance as students become comfortable and confident in the studio. We’ll have some music playing and always offer water and a light snack.
$15.00 per hour includes the use of the studio, tools, adhesive, grout, and the tile used on your mosaic project. Specialty tile may increase the price slightly. Cost of the substrate (mosaic base) is not included. Bring your own or purchase one from our collection.
Summer ART Camp 2023!
We’re not just a mosaic studio but a studio of all art! This camp is for kids going into 3rd grade and up.
Tuesday – Friday 10:00-2:00
In the mornings, we will work on a mosaic of the camper’s choice to take home at the end of the week. We have many substrates to choose from so if you come for numerous weeks, you’ll never make the same thing twice. Also, if you plan on attending multiple weeks, we would be happy to work one on one with your child to organize a long-term project. In the afternoons we will have fun exploring other art forms such as polymer clay, painting, drawing, yarn work, paper crafts, stamping and more.
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday Schedule
10:00 -12:00 Mosaic design, techniques and proper application
12:00 – 12:30 Supervised lunch break
12:30 – 1:00 Mindful games and puzzles
1:00 – 2:00 Art exploration! Fun with a different craft each day
We will finish our mosaics in the morning with a grout party and then transform the studio into an art gallery. Friends and family will be invited for refreshments and attend our art celebration from 1:00-2:00
~Please pack a lunch and a water bottle
~Don’t forget that art can be messy so come comfortably dressed for a fun mess!
~$300.00 per week – $100 to register and $200 cash or check at drop off on 1st day of camp. 25% off for siblings attending camp the same week
~Cancellation policy ~ If you can’t make it to the week you have signed up for, your registration fee can be applied to a different week. If a child gets sick during the camp week, craft supplies will be organized and packed for you to pick up to work on at home.
~We take pride in what we do and want our students to have plenty of one on one attention. Therefore, we will only be taking 12 students per week. Minimum of 6 students to run the camp.
